communications programs are designed to address four distinct audiences:
Entry Level

arena. These people may have experience in their disciplines without
extensive exposure to cross-cultural awareness and communications issues.
They do not typically have managerial responsibilities.
Management/Leadership

Management level

Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc. These people may have strong supervisory
experience without extensive expertise in managing and leading global teams.

employees that are either customer support representatives, supervisors, or
managers. These people may serve global customers but have not had

We have designed our courses to be fully customizable so they are completely

four participants but no less than ten.
Second Tier -- On-Line Content
This offering is designed to support clients that
want to provide a web-based interactive learning environment for their employees

Third Tier -- Blended Solution

courses with our on-line offerings to enable our clients to leverage multiple
