The RPA (Role Player) will support training delivery at the CDP (Center for Domestic Preparedness) portraying victims, protestors, casualties; potentially wearing makeup and clothing to simulate casualties/injuries during training scenarios. Primary Responsibilities: Reports to Leidos Role Player Team Lead. Read and understand ERUdyne’s Work Standard document. RPA’s will be familiar with scenario and objectives of the exercise and will review any relevant background information and resources. RPA will act out their role in the scenario in a realistic and convincing manner, while maintaining the safety of all participants.  RPA will provide constructive feedback to participants on their performance, based on objectives of the exercise.  RPA will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
