Management and Leadership Cross-Cultural Awareness Series ERUdyne's cross-cultural awareness and communications courses designed specifically for the management level employees include: Managing at a Distance This highly interactive course teaches the seven critical competencies for managing at a distance. The participants will learn to identify employees' needs at a distance and creative distance coaching, training, and leading techniques through case studies, role playing, and group discussion. Building Global Teams This hands-on course teaches the pragmatic skills and five main strategies to launch, develop, lead, measure, manage, and reward global cross-functional teams. The simple-to-use toolkits are designed to address each phase of the team lifecycle. Note: Courses in this series are usually taken after the "Introduction to Cross-Cultural Communications" course.
