1.      How does cross-cultural and global business training differ from traditional diversity training?

Diversity programs typically focus on compliance issues and affirmative action practices, conflict resolution in the office and interventions.  ERUdyne is a global business training company specializing in cross-cultural awareness and communications.  We take diversity to a new level by teaching our students how to effectively participate, manage, lead and reward culturally diverse groups of people.

This includes improving our students understanding of the values, attitudes and behaviors exhibited by different regional and national cultures. Participants in our programs learn how different cultures develop trust, respond to stress, the speed of change and build relationships.  Most important, we teach our students how to communicate effectively in a global business environment with the internal and external customers, they may never meet face-to-face.
