Entry Level Cross-Cultural Awareness Series

ERUdyne's cross-cultural awareness and communications courses designed specifically for the entry level employees include:

Introduction to Cross-Cultural Communications

This course focuses on the cultural roots of national behavior to help participants raise their awareness of cross-cultural business environments and how to build solid relationships.  In it we examine the basic values, beliefs, and biases that can lead to real misunderstanding.  It concentrates on what motivates different business cultures to act, to share information, to relate to authority, and how they maintain a sense of  identity.

Note: This course is recommended before taking other advanced courses in our cross-cultural awareness offering.
