Well, we didn't either. We founded our company to build a resource for people to come to when they need to know how culture impacts business. "That's easy," you say....well not so fast... "People around the globe think, act, work, learn and lead in different ways, and this is based on the cultural environment in which people were raised and now work." (source American Society of Training and Development) At ERUdyne, our instructors have successfully designed, developed and delivered training programs to organizations around the world that are aggressively pursuing global business opportunities. ERUdyne works with our clients to provide fully customized, highly interactive, training programs to meet global business objectives. One of ERUdyne's core values is building strong relationships -- with customers, partners, suppliers, and YOU. Let us show you how we do it. Our MissionERUdyne provides high-quality cross-cultural awareness and communications training and consulting to organizations that need to accelerate their enterprise-wide knowledge of how to effectively interact with varied cultures throughout the world. Our Culture ERUdyne focuses on high-quality, long-term relationships -- with our customers, our partners, and our employees. Company Profile
ERUdyne was founded in March, 2000 by Daria I. Novak. The company was founded to address the market need for cross-cultural awareness and global business management training and consulting. Initially, ERUdyne offered fully-customized, instructor-led courses in a classroom setting. At the request of our clients and the increased interest in the market, ERUdyne has developed the capabilities to deliver the content and subject matter expertise of our world-class experts in a fully interactive on-line learning format. We have partnered with technology platform companies that can fully support our clients' complex training needs. The result is that our clients have more choices about how they would like to work with us. We recognize that needs change and often rapidly. We have built the company to be able to respond to those changing needs. For example, we now offer specific courses geared towards industry segments such as educators, security professionals, global customer care, sales and marketing, and more. Additionally, we can provide country specific expertise such as China, India, Iraq, Brazil, and many more. Our clients come back to ERUdyne because they like our ability to be flexible without losing quality, going over budget, or missing deadlines.
